Education Resources
Allow 1 – 1.5 hours for your visit. Some groups take longer if they have specific activities to complete
There are three distinct areas to visit.
- Museum of TeWairoa
- Excavated archaeological sites
-
Waterfall trail.
For the safety and comfort of students we recommend that groups be made up to a maximum of 20 students per group.
We rely on the adult/pupil ratio set by individual school boards to be adhered to; however teachers should be aware of the water hazards while planning school visits. Stream .05 metres deep and 30 metre water fall with trail to view it.
